My client, one of the worlds leading brewers is looking for an Analyst within the Corporate Finance and Development (CFD) division. This department exists to prepare and advise the Group on acquisition strategy, implement and negotiate appropriate transactions. Based in Johannesburg you will report to the CFD Director for Africa and Asia. You will support this team by providing key information on transactions and undertaking a broad involvement in wide-reaching Corporate Finance matters, including; competitor reviews, industry research, valuations, due diligence support, transaction analysis, equity placings, debt raisings and general M&A project support.
